1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the DentureProtect website (dentureprotect.com) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
DentureProtect is a product of DentKits, LLC. References to “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to DentKits, LLC, operating as DentureProtect.
2. Description of Services
DentureProtect provides a subscription-based denture warranty service. Subscribers pay a monthly fee to maintain their denture design on file and receive access to affordable replacement dentures when needed.
Our services include:
• Monthly subscription plan at the current published rate
• Digital storage of your denture design
• Replacement dentures crafted from your stored design at a reduced cost
• Direct-to-door shipping of replacement dentures
3. Subscription Terms
Pricing
The current subscription rate is $7.99 per month. Replacement dentures are available for $149 per set when a replacement is needed. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days’ notice to active subscribers.
Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file each billing cycle.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active through the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.
Design Storage
Your denture design remains on file as long as your subscription is active. If you cancel, we may retain your design for a reasonable period, but we are not obligated to store it indefinitely after cancellation.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By subscribing, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
5. Product Disclaimer
DentureProtect provides replacement dentures based on stored digital designs. Our dentures are crafted for comfort and aesthetics but are not a substitute for professional dental care. We recommend consulting with a dental professional for ongoing oral health needs.
Our products are replacement dentures only. We do not provide dental exams, diagnoses, or treatment of dental conditions.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Replacement dentures are shipped directly to the address on file. Typical delivery time is 3–4 business days from the time of order. Shipping times may vary based on location and circumstances beyond our control.
7. Returns and Satisfaction
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your replacement dentures, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to discuss options. All satisfaction claims are handled on a case-by-case basis.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the DentureProtect website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of DentKits, LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DentKits, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email. Your continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
